I’m a Life Coach and Wellness Trainer dedicated to helping people find balance and peace by improving their mindset, habits, and self-care.

 

After over 20 years as a Registered Nurse, I shifted to coaching in 2020 to pursue my passion for emotional wellness. I guide clients to discover joy and tackle life's challenges by implementing simple, effective, evidence-based techniques that lead to life-changing self-discovery and growth.

 

I conduct workshops and courses in Minnesota and offer coaching both locally and nationwide. I'm also a certified trainer in Creative Insight Journeys, based on a Stanford University program in mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
