What’s entailed:

 

 🌿𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽-𝗯𝘆-𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝗲, as you learn to implement new mindset strategies in your everyday life.

 

 🌿𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗗𝗙 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 with simple, heart-centered exercises, and space for you to document your insights and progress.

 

 🌿𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻𝘀 (optional) within a private Facebook group to help you stay accountable, inspired, and motivated.

Why? Because a Facebook group is the perfect "container" for housing all of the resources you'll need, including downloads and links to live sessions, as well as a space for participants to share insights, progress and challenges, and feel connected to others on the same journey.🦋

  2. Put the challenge start and end dates on your calendar.

  3. Next Monday, November 18th, I'll drop a link to your printable PDF Challenge Workbook, which will include some fun and inspiring pre-challenge exercises to get you started in advance.
