Leah is a 23 year resident of the Bemidji area and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. Leah is  passionate about empowering people to create their best life by giving them the tools and support they need to make foundational shifts in their thoughts and habits...resulting in more joy, fulfillment, balance and life satisfaction. Clarity Catalyst is a phenomenal, life-changing tool to this end.

What to Expect:

  • This is an 8-week, live class, with each class lasting 90 minutes, starting on Friday, February 3rd, from 5-7pm. We will meet weekly.

  • This particular class is specifically for LGBTQ+ individuals or allies.

  • Each class will consist of an interactive presentation as well as individual and group exercises designed to integrate the concepts in a fun and enlightening way.

  • There is a required commitment of 5 minutes of journaling and 10 minutes of meditation each day for the 8 week journey.

  • Each week participants will be matched with another classmate from the group for a 30 minute "peer coaching" session outside of class (this can be virtual or in-person). Instructions will be provided.

  • Every week there will also be "Soulwork", which are activities that will be integrated into participant's daily life as a way to further enhance the learning experience, and shift how they see the world. Approximately 1 hour/week.

  • In order to get the benefit of this class, it is necessary to attend a minimum of 6 out of 8 sessions.

  • This class is being offered free of charge to a small number of Bemidji-area LGBTQ+ individuals and allies thanks to the generous sponsorship of Peacemaker Resources.
